On the 31st May the Senior College will be holding a Winter Music Concert in the Bryce and Riley Hall. The concert will showcase our newly formed Senior College Choir singing a choral arrangement of Toto’s ‘Africa’ and an African Traditional song called ‘Jikela maweni’. The evening will also provide an opportunity for our Marimba Bands to play their music with pieces including ‘Clave’, ‘Swishy Feet’ and ‘Albatros Rock’. Finally the evening will present Senior College students who are studying music as a solo instrument with performances from our pianists and clarinetist.
The event promises to be a wonderful start of a culture of Music Concert Evenings at Woodlands College. Parents and all in the Woodlands Community are welcome to attend the event at 18:30pm on the 31st May in the Bryce and Riley Hall.
