What a fantastic way to wrap up the year! Our Pre-Primary children enjoyed an unforgettable end-of-year celebration, packed with many delights.

Our Grade 0 Graduation at the Pre-Primary College was celebrated with tremendous enthusiasm watched by their doting parents and families – and teachers for whom these children have become an extensions of their own families, they brimmed over with unbridled pride and joy as they marked the end of the first chapter of their schooling …

The Grade 000 children went on their first outing to the Monkey and Bird Park. Everyone enjoyed an interesting day off-Campus, with fine weather, returning home a little worn out but brimming with tall tales!

Our Grade 0 children have been working so hard using the knowledge that they have gained from the Time2Read programme, to sound, identify and build words as they prepare for the more formal demands of Grade one.

Visiting the pre-primary library and selecting books is a vital part of preschool education, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of reading and learning

The Grade 0 Children were absolutely blown away by the recent visit from the Super Crazy Science Show.  From exploding Elephant toothpaste to an air powered toilet roll blower, our children gave their full attention to the experiments, songs and displays during the wonderful show.

The Grade 0000 children were treated to an entertaining and engaging puppet show orchestrated by Puppetales with the them “Under the Sea”.

Woodlands is all about caring. Particularly at our Pre-Primary College, where an enjoyable and meaningful day was spent decorating delicious cupcakes in aid of “Cupcakes of Hope” for children fighting cancer.

The Grandparents day at the the Pre-Primary College was a very special occasion. The beloved grannies and grandpa’s were treated to an entertaining performance by their delightful grandchildren, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Fantasy play supports holistic development, it helps to lay the foundation for further learning and life experiences too. Fantasy play is a vital part of the learning process in Grade 000.
