At Woodlands International College we take our “International” appellation seriously. In an ever-shrinking world, we align our educational curricula with leading-edge global best practices, adopting international benchmarks and ensuring that our graduates become true global citizens.
We strive to expose our students to impactful academic, sporting, and cultural experiences around the world, including the Giochi del Tricolore Soccer in Italy, and the DANA Cup Soccer Tournament in Denmark, to name but a few.
To promote a keen awareness of the interconnectivity of nations, and the nuances of different cultures, the College chaperones – every alternate year – a group of students on Enrichment Tours to a range of fascinating destinations – in previous years we’ve journeyed to the United Kingdom, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain and even the United Arab Emirates. Accompanied by our skilled teaching staff, students enjoy two weeks of total immersion in a foreign environment – perhaps the greatest classroom of them all.
